The Blue Demon Varsity Baseball team won their fourth straight game with a ten nothing mercy of Graphics on Thursday.
Senior Justin Sims took the hill and worked five scoreless innings allowing only one walk and striking out three. Sims’ was aided by good defense from second baseman Sam Fox.
The offense was led by junior first baseman Erik Poldroo drove in three, including a two run home run in the fourth. In addition, Sims’ helped his own cause with two RBI’s.
Beacon hopes to go 5-0 when they take on West 50th on Monday in Central Park.
