Douglas Rigg inked a National Letter of Intent with West Virginia University to play football on a full scholarship. Rigg is currently a senior at Bergen Catholic High, where he has maintained Honor Roll status. He has played basketball and football for BC, but made a name for himself in football. He recently broke BC's record for yards per carry. Rigg appeared in a TV interview with Chris Melville on FSNY. He also had full scholarship offers from Iowa University, Rutgers, University of Maryland, University of Louisville and the University of Wisconsin.
