Bethpage Tennis Completes Sweep of Hempstead

When the Bethpage Varsity Tennis Team took the court to face Hempstead earlier in the season, they won easily. In the rematch yesterday, Bethpage once again won easily. Bethpage annihilated Hempstead in all seven matches. Bethpage’s three singles players (Scott Jackson, Ryan Rivera, and Johnny Kim) won by a combined score of 36 games to 2. In doubles, Bethpage’s four (well three, Hempstead’s 3^rd doubles didn’t show up) pairs all destroyed their opponents by a combined score of 48 games to 1.

            With the win Bethpage is now 5-1, their only loss being @ Levittown Division. Today Bethpage is facing Levittown Division in a highly anticipated rematch. Be sure that you come down to the tennis courts at Bethpage High School at 3:30pm to watch this. You won’t regret it.
